We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator & Owner Assistant who will be at the heart of our daily operations. As a pivotal member of our team, you will ensure that every detail of the client experience runs seamlessly while providing crucial support to our owner in growing and enhancing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the welcoming face of Remedi Nail Spa by warmly greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels.

• Maintain the pristine ambiance of the spa by overseeing cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, including processing payments, resolving billing issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including managing social media accounts and supporting in-house campaigns.

• Provide crucial administrative support to the owner with tasks such as calendar management, financial reporting, and special projects.

• Collaborate with the team on scheduling, training, and performance management, nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• A passion for customer service and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and comfort with technology, including scheduling software and social media platforms.

• Management experience preferred
