We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position is key to creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing client interactions with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, both in-person and by phone.

• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and accurate client check-ins/outs using booking software.

• Communicate clearly and kindly via email, text, voicemail, and social media inquiries.

• Help with intake forms, record-keeping, and client organization.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area.

• Assist service providers in keeping the spa flow smooth and efficient.

• Sterilize implements, run the autoclave, and clean up after services.

• Restock refreshments, client amenities, and supplies.

• Maintain retail displays and assist with inventory needs.

• Perform light cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, wiping door handles, and disinfecting countertops.

• Take out trash and assist with daily closing duties.

• Follow all spa protocols and maintain a calm, professional environment.

• Take initiative — if something needs doing, you do it (or find the person who can).

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/salon front desk preferred.

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital).

• Comfortable learning and using booking/scheduling software.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.

• Saturday availability.

Salary:

• Hourly $15 - $17 per hour
