Policies

Below are our policies and frequently asked questions for your review. If you have further questions or requests please reach out to us at the email address below.

Schedule

All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments; however, we are happy to accommodate same-day appointments if there is availability. 

COVID-19

We support your decision to wear a mask or not during your appointment, whichever you’re most comfortable with. Nail technicians will be wearing a mask during the duration of the appointment.

Prepare

Your first appointment may require additional time so please allow for this in your schedule. We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the consultation form if you have not already done so online. If you choose to add polish to your service, please wear or bring open-toed shoes so that your polish does not smudge. 

Insurance

All services performed by medical nail technicians and are considered “cosmetic” and are not currently covered under insurance. 

Children

For the well-being of our guests, we request that children under the age of 12 not accompany you to your appointment.

We do not recommend children under the age of 10 receive services; however, if your child has a unique situation please contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss options or help find a solution.

Cancellation

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on your service(s) price. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
