As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for clients and visitors so you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails and text messages. You will also manage office supplies, learn the software to make appointments, and assist the owner in day-to-day operations.

In addition to these responsibilities, we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and be willing to take initiative. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also essential qualities for this role.

Training Pay: We value your commitment to growth and offer training pay of $13 per hour. This serves as the foundation for your journey with us, and your efforts during the training period will be duly rewarded.

Compensation: Following the training period, your dedication and hard work will be acknowledged with increased wages. Additionally, if you possess social media experience, we appreciate your expertise and offer additional pay to reflect your valuable skills.
